Very good is the use of black and white photographic style in the writing of this picture Lviv artist Ilka. This method of image transfer is somewhat forgotten, but recently has become increasingly popular. The painting depicts one of the central points of the city - street Pidvalna. Its architectural ensemble formed a long time - from the sixteenth to the eighteenth century. Tallest building, which occupies the central part of the picture - Assumption church bell tower, which is also called the tower Kornyakta. Each tier of steadily decreasing upward and decorated with pilasters and arched Tuscan order niches. Nearby, on the left - the building adjacent Chapel of the Three Saints masterpiece domes.
